The staff, particularly Minhaj, were accommodating and quick to assist with any requests, providing excellent support during check-in.
The bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable, making it challenging to use efficiently.

The place was buzzing with great eateries! The Pakistani and Indonesian restaurant on the mezzanine offered delectable dishes at low prices. you can't beat 10 SAR for chicken or mutton! Plus, the WiFi was super speedy indoors, which is always a plus.
On the flip side, my room was a different story—tiny, with stains on the carpet and sheets that left much to be desired. We booked a 2-bedroom, but got a cramped triple. Reception was a ghost town. I waited 30 minutes just to find someone. Really bad vibes, but we powered through.

i almost thought this place was fine, until i discovered the horrible attitude of the staff who made check-in a total chore and the state of my room was appalling, with broken washroom utilities & leftover junk from previous guests. also, not even a complimentary bottle of water? disappointed beyond belief!

Room cards were functional most of the time. The triple room provided ample space for a family of three, a rarity for hotels in this area.
The bathroom lacked space, making it a challenge during use. The reception frequently had no staff around, leading to delays in service. Moreover, basic drinking water wasn't available unless obtained through payment.

Cleanliness of the room was quite satisfactory.
The bathroom was cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. I had major issues with the rude reception staff, who were unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, there was a consistent issue with the AC.

Recommend it for family travelers
The best part was definitely the receptionist Minhaj. He took real good care of my elderly parents when they arrived. It was heartwarming to see him helping them settle in after they traveled so far. The location is just a short walk to the mosque, so they didn't have to struggle too much.

The triple room was pretty spacious and the AC worked great, but the bathroom was cramped. Cleanliness was an issue. I saw dirt and hair around. The beds were small too, and I was hoping for a better overall experience.

Basic Hotel with Great Location
The hotel's proximity to the men's gate makes it a convenient choice, especially for male travelers. The room was basic but offered good value at 160 riyals per night. Helpful staff assisted with any queries. I recommend visiting the nearby date shop for great prices!
